This job is in a dynamic and professional environment in state-of-the-art facilities that include X-Ray, EKG, PFT, and more.
The supporting staff performs triaging, injections, phlebotomy, and administration of medication.
These centers offer $200K-$250K per year, plus a very generous employment package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K, CME, license renewal fees, and Malpractice.
Responsibilities:
Actively manage all aspects of patient care while on shift, Supervise and direct the center's Med-Level providers and supporting staff, Ensure that all charts are accurately completed in a timely manner, and Adhere to all clinical policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Medical Doctor in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, Active Medical New Jersey license, At least 3-5 years of urgent care experience, Comfort and experience treating patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics, Spanish proficiency is preferred, Department of Transportation (DOT) certification is preferred, Familiarity with occupational medicine, Clean medical malpractice records, High organizational skills, Effective and compassionate communication skills, Willingness to mentor clinical staff, Highly professional appearance and attitude, Able to multi-task effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment, and High-energy with a positive attitude who is passionate about patient care.
Job Types:
Full Time, with some weekend availability.
Pay level:
$200K-$250K per year.
Benefits:
3 weeks of paid-time-off (PTO), Medical, Dental, Vision, Discretionary Bonus based on performance, $1500 for CME, DEA renewal fees, 401k, and Malpractice insurance.
