Our office has been around for 4 decades.
It has been typical for prior staff to work here for one to two decades - or even longer.
Why do staff stay here that long? Because we appreciate each staff's individual contribution.
Yes, staff helps us run a business.
But more importantly they are part of our goal of making a difference in each of our patient's day.
We try to pay well plus each staff member is part of our Profit Sharing Program.
We offer vacation time, sick time, holiday pay, and a Christmas & Summer week long office closing.
We also purposely arrange staff schedules so that they work 3 days per week.
That means 2 weekdays off which leaves extra time to enjoy other things in life as well.
We never work weekends.

You will also coordinate patient flow in and out of our office.
Scheduling appointments, collecting copays, entering services and answering the phone are other key roles.
