Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Answer inbound phone calls.
Manage missed and abandon calls Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
Ensure that each customer has an informative and positive experience by using good customer service skills, and knowledge of company products and services.
Schedule delivery appointments.
Follow up with customer deliveries Manage open order report and update customer on the delivery of their order or service parts.
Monitor reports for available inventory that can be scheduled for delivery.
Work with all internal departments & furniture manufactures as required to service our customers.
Process exchanges, reselects, & returns.
Managing multiple reports Schedule technician appointments Assist with overflow of Sales calls Manage Hubspot tasks and deals Manage parts inventory Manage warranty claims Clerical duties including assisting customer at the counter, entering sales orders, taking payment, and processing fiancing paperwork Data and inventory tag management Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights and holidays Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives.
Previous cash handling experience Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment Job Type:
