The ideal candidate must able to greet and schedule patients in a warm, friendly and professional manner.

Our mission is to provide outstanding care and service to the dental community and our patients.
Responsibilities:
Answer the incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Check in patients at the desk and update patient information.
Check out patients, collect payments, discuss treatment plan costs, discuss insurance and make appointments.
Call referring dentists for xrays and other information as needed.
Upload xrays to patient record and send emails when necessary.
Photograph patients and upload to the patient record.
Support the insurance/billing coordinator.
Any other duties as requested by the doctors or office manager.
Skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail is essential Completion of tasks in a timely manner Organizational skills Teamwork and work independently Computer experience with knowledge of dental software i.
