Summary:
We are seeking a Water Ice Maker to join our team.
As a Water Ice Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality water ice products in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious frozen treats.
Duties:
- Operate water ice production equipment, - Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality - Measure and mix ingredients accurately, using basic math skills - Monitor the freezing process to achieve the desired texture and consistency - Package finished products in accordance with food safety guidelines - Sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination - Comply with FDA regulations regarding food production and labeling Ensure product specifications are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience not required - Knowledge of basic math for ingredient measurements and recipe scaling - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately -Able to stand for long periods of time and lift water ice buckets and custard boxes Job Type:
