KingBarnes is seeking a qualified Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates, with a strong background in drafting estate planning documents, estate and trust administration, and real estate transactions dealing with estates.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys and team members with drafting estate planning documents Handle estate and trust administration tasks, including preparing draft gift tax returns, inheritance and estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and handling portability Prepare probate and ancillary documents Provide estate litigation support Manage various aspects of real estate transactions involving estates Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of trusts and estates experience Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Refined telephone skills Exceptional client interaction techniques Attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products KingBarnes is eager to welcome a new Trusts and Estates Paralegal to our team, someone who shares our passion for law and our commitment to making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
