Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental CareOpportunities to treat a socioeconomically diverse patient population as we highly value access to care and accept most Dental insurancesPracticing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr.
and 10 hr.
shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cyclesOpportunities for In-House Continuing EducationThe ability to be trained on Laser Dental/ Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, lnvisalign, and moreWe offer competitive salary and benefitsPartnership opportunities availableDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe clinical duties of an Associate General Dentist include:
Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient careFollow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policiesRefer patients to appropriate specialists as neededStay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental fieldExude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff membersPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQualificationsDDS/DMD licenseGPR or 1 year of experiencePhysical/Mental Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
